1. No Returns, Only Exchange
We do not accept returns. However, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:
✅ The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
✅ The exchange request must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.
✅ Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
✅ Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for exchange.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items cannot be exchanged:
❌ Custom-made or personalized car accessories.
❌ Items purchased on sale or clearance.
❌ Electronic components that have been installed.
❌ Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse.
3. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange:
🔹 Step 1: Email us at support@carmodsofficial.com with your order details, reason for exchange, and images (if applicable).
🔹 Step 2: Once approved, you will receive exchange instructions, including the return address for the item.
🔹 Step 3: Ship the item back at your expense, unless the exchange is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item received).
🔹 Step 4: After inspection, the replacement item will be shipped to you within 15 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
📦 Exchange shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
